Community Rules

SpicyAI Community Guidelines

Our community rules help maintain a safe, positive, and respectful experience for all users. By using SpicyAI, you agree to follow these rules, in addition to all applicable laws, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. When we become aware of potential rule violations, we may review and take action, including limiting or terminating a user's access to the Services, removing content, or taking other measures as outlined below.

We may modify these rules at any time, so please check back regularly. SpicyAI is intended for users who are at least 18 years old, or meet the minimum age requirements in your jurisdiction.

1. Illegal and Harmful Activities

  • Do not use SpicyAI to engage in or promote illegal activities, including human trafficking, sexual exploitation, or other criminal acts.
  • Do not distribute content or engage in activities that could harm others or interfere with the operation of SpicyAI.

2. AI Content and Character Use

  • Do not create or depict characters who are underage or whose age is not clearly over 18, including "aged-up" versions of minor characters.
  • Users are responsible for the content of characters they create. Avatars and AI-generated content should not impersonate real people without consent or contain explicit or offensive imagery.
  • Do not use the Service to promote non-consensual sexual material, sexualized depictions of real individuals without consent, or illegal sexual activity.

3. Harassment, Bullying, and Threats

  • Do not harass, bully, threaten, or intimidate other users.
  • This includes repeated unsolicited messages, sharing private information without consent, and targeting individuals based on race, gender, sexual orientation, disability, religion, or other protected characteristics.

4. Misinformation and Safety

  • Do not post false or misleading information that could cause harm or disrupt the Service.
  • Do not encourage self-harm, suicide, drug abuse, or other dangerous behaviors.

5. Spam and Commercial Use

  • Do not send spam or unwanted promotional content.
  • Do not run unauthorized contests, promotions, or solicit users for business purposes without permission.

6. Intellectual Property and Legal Compliance

  • Only share content that you have the legal right to share.
  • Respect copyrights, trademarks, and other legal rights. Accounts that consist solely of copied content may be removed.
  • Do not attempt to buy, sell, or distribute regulated goods through the Service.

7. Reporting Issues

If you encounter content, a character, or a user that violates these Guidelines or makes you feel unsafe, please stop interacting and report it to support@spicyai.com.

Our moderation team uses a combination of human review and automated tools to monitor and enforce these rules.
